Tips for wearing and maintaining watches
- Keep clean;
- Keep dry;
- Do not wear it too tight, and keep a gap for one finger;
- Take off the device in time after long-term wear and relax your wrist;
- After exercise, if your wrist sweats, please clean and dry your wrist and watch before wearing it again. Residual sweat components will corrode the watch. It is recommended to use soap or hand sanitizer to clean the watch regularly.
How can I make sure I wear my watch correctly?
Please make sure that the bottom case of the watch is clean and dry, and there is no debris. Then fit the monitoring unit area on your wrist and keep it comfortable and fit. Do not apply a film on the back of the watch. The bottom case of the watch has a sensor for identifying the human body. Once it is blocked or covered, it will lead to inaccurate or unrecognizable recognition, which will lead to inaccurate or unrecorded records of heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, etc., and will also affect messages and call reminders.
To ensure the accuracy of the measurement, please avoid wearing on the joints, should wear the watch at least one finger away from the joints, keep the strap tight enough, and avoid clothing hooks on the buttons to cause accidental automatic shutdown/restart.
Please wear it as tight as possible during exercise.

Note:
- The watch is made of professional and healthy materials, please feel free to wear it. If you feel skin discomfort when wearing it, please stop wearing it and consult a doctor;
- Pay special attention in winter. If you are wearing jackets, down jackets, sweatshirts, etc. with cuffs at the sleeves, it is more likely to cause shutdown or restart due to accidental touches.
